Notifying us of a claim

  • By phone on 0800 500 115. You or your broker can call us to make a claim.
  • Send a claim to your broker. They will forward your claim to us and we will inform your broker of the result of your claim.

    Emergency Assistance

    If you require after-hours emergency assistance phone 0800 800 270 to connect to Sedgwick They will be able to provide assistance for claim emergencies.

    Glass Repair

    We have a preferred customer agreement with Smith and Smith NZ for all car and building glass replacement.

    Should you have a claim involving a broken windscreen/car glass or window in your home or commercial premises, please contact Smith and Smith on 0800 80 90 80, for advice on your nearest location. Please advise them you are an Allianz customer.
